Hotel Policies

Deposit Policy:  Credit card info is required to make a reservation. The entire balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  Reservations must be cancelled by 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Reservations cancelled after 4:00 p.m. will be charged 100 percent of the first night's rate.

No-Show Policy:  No- shows will be charged 100% of the amount for a one-night stay.

Check-in: Starts after 3 p.m.

Check-out:  Before 1 p.m.

Late Checkout:  Late checkouts may be available for an additional fee upon request.

Pet Policy:  We accept pets in some of our double queen rooms. We ask that you please contact the hotel before your stay so that we can make arrangements to accommodate your pet. There is a $15 per stay fee when traveling with pets and $100 deposit, room will be inspected prior to release.. Any violation of this policy will result in the addition to your reservation of a $100.00 cleaning charge and subsequent charges to your credit card. $100.00 fee for taking a pet into a non pet room

Smoking Policy:  This hotel is a smoke free property. However, outdoor designated smoking areas are available. Please ask for additional information upon check-in. Any violation of this policy will result in the addition to your reservation of a minimum $100.00 up to $250.00 cleaning charge and subsequent charges to your credit card.

Taxes:  Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.

Damages:  All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property.
